Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

StartupAPI is a fully digital service. There is nothing to ship.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical product. There are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses for goods.
Digital delivery
The Service is delivered digitally. When you purchase credits, the prepaid service credits are added to your account — usually immediately after your payment is successfully captured and verified.
Possible delays
Credit delivery is usually instant, but may occasionally be delayed by payment confirmation, risk or fraud review, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues. These delays are normally short.
If money was debited but credits are missing
If your payment was debited but credits have not appeared, please do not make a second payment while the first is still pending. Contact support@startupapi.io with your registered email and the payment/order reference, and we will verify and resolve it. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for duplicate-payment cases.
